From M5 motorway:-

• M5 South Leave Motorway at the End (junction 31)
• This leads onto A380 Eventually you pass a petrol station and follow signs to Torquay (keep in left hand lane)
• First Island (Penn Inn) - Follow Road ahead 2nd Exit
• 2nd Island - Turn Right 2nd Exit Follow sign to Brixham (Hamelin Way)
• 3rd Island - Follow Road ahead 2nd Exit (Hellevoetsluis Way)
• 4th Island - Turn Left 1st Exit Following signs to Preston NOT PAIGNTON
• Follow Preston Down Road all the way to the End
• Traffic Lights - Follow Road ahead to Sea Front
• Under Bridge - follow bend to the right
• Over zebra crossing, follow bends (Palace hotel on right)
• Garfield Road is your next right after 'Inn on The Green' pub/restaurant
• NO ENTRY into Garfield Road here
• So take next Right turning up Beach Rd. End of Road turn right into Garfield Road. (One Way Road)
• Follow bend round Rosemead Guest House is situated on the right side of Road
