We decided last minute to come down to Paignton. Rosemead was the perfect location. Lovely and clean hotel with super comfy beds. Hosts were lovely and friendly! Would highly recommend. We will be back! Thank you.- E

Beautiful guest houseKeith and Margaret very friendly and helpful .Came with my 9 year old daughter who enjoyed staying as well she especially enjoyed cuddling there little dog bear .We stayed in room 7 , which we were told was the smallest room in house but it was still a lovely size .Beds were very comfortableShower was lovely and hotLittle fridge was very handyVery quiet location considering how close it is to beach .Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others- Tracy
